1. We provide delivery service to the main areas in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
2. Unfortunately, there are some areas that we cannot deliver to directly, so delivery to your home is not available. Or delivery service is available at a higher fee
3. We also inform you that if the delivery address is outside the range, we will regretfully have to ask our valued customers to receive the order from the nearest branch of the shipping company.

• Do you have shipping service outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia?

Yes, international shipping is available outside the Kingdom.

• Do I have to pay additional fees for shipping and delivery service?

Delivery fees start from 9 to 35 riyals depending on the region

• What is the shipping and delivery time?

1. From one to two working days inside Riyadh
2. And from two to four working days outside Riyadh
3. (Note) Our working days are from Saturday to Thursday

We will use specialized companies to deliver orders.

If you are not present at the specified address, we will deliver the order to anyone present at this address and have him sign the invoice electronically or on a copy of the invoice.

If the address specified by you has been reached and we are unable to deliver the order, please contact customer service to schedule another time to deliver the order. The company is not responsible for any order that is not delivered within 5 days from the date of the order.

It should be noted that it is necessary to answer incoming calls to your mobile phone so that the representative responsible for delivery can coordinate with you on the delivery date of the order. Please note that official working days are from Saturday to Thursday, and that delivery is not available on Fridays, holidays and official holidays.
